We have flat rate prices for most work, some examples are listed below. -Painting, $ 175.00 per room, price includes wall prep ,all walls painted ,and trim painted($50.00 extra for ceiling).Includes all materials except paint.-Water heater installed $125.00Same day service), install new faucet $75.00, Garbage disposal installed or replaced $100.00.-Install new light fixture $50.00, Ceiling fan $75.00, - Replacement windows installed, $75.00 per window.-All prices are for labor only.These are just some of the services we offer, please call for any others, we offer same week service(some cases same day.)
