Description

Handyman or Handywoman to prepare apartments for rental. Yard maintenance. Projects range from sheetrock, cleaning, painting, all aspects of maintenance and repairs. Must have transportation to travel from Lincoln to Cumberland and pick up various supplies. Must be reliable with references. Must be able to work with little direction and be productive. Some of the projects require hard work. Must be able to lift and install items like sheet rock. $11 per hour. I can accept part time worker up with at least 20 hours per week. Or a full time worker at 40 hours per week.
