Hi my name is Jeanette, I own a house in Cranston near Johnson and Whales and am trying to rent out the 3rd bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. Washer/dryer. I prefer non-smokers, no smoking in the house. No cats or dogs. I am a nurse/grad student. My roommate Ian works full time and we are both very laid back people. We want someone who will get along with us and is responsible. We are both respectful and accommodating.
