The states newest weekly newspaper is looking for people to sell ads. We want enthusiasm and oomph -- prior ad sales experience is a plus, but not an essential. What IS an essential is drive and self-motivation. You will be expected to work as part of a team, maximizing ad revenues for the publication.
Pay is a straight 15% commission. If you rock, a base salary plus commission is an option.
This is an ideal second job and, since youll be a 1099 contractor, your work wont interfere with your unemployment pay. Expect to work from home and make your own hours. We care about results, not desk time.
